Imagined Glassboro Mural Project: Evolution of Agriculture in Glassboro

This is an Imagined Mural Proposal, part of the Rowan Honors Cultural Geography course. Students were to design and propose an imagined mural for Glassboro that explored the history, memory, and places of Glassboro.
This proposed mural by Maura Freeland is a representation of Glassboro's history with farming that has continued into modern times like Summit City Farms. They specifically want to focus on how peach cultivation has gone from using human labor to machines, and demonstrate that although agriculture has changed, it’s also become relevant in new ways.
