This photograph was captured at the Glassboro Normal School in the early 1930s. The approximate map coordinates are 39.706567, -75.120074. In the center of the photo is the campus greenhouse (two women standing at the end) and on the far right is Laurel Hall. 

The greenhouse was built at the same time as Bunce Hall, the Glassboro Normal School's main building. Construction was completed in July 1923. The structure was designed to augment classroom learning. 

Laurel Hall was the school's first dormitory. Its construction was completed in 1928, housing approximately 80 students.
