Mrs. Ruth Mancuso receives an award from Dr. Thomas Robinson, the University's third president, who held the position in the 1950s. Rowan University's Robinson hall is named after the former president. Also pictured here is Dr. J. Harvey Shue (far right), the former Executive Superintendent of Gloucester County New Jersey schools. Mrs. Ruth Mancuso is the namesake of Ruth Mancuso Lane, on which the Glassboro High School is located.
