Glassboro Tercentenary Celebration

This item is a saddle-stitched single color brochure created for Glassboro's Tercentenary Celebration. The brochure includes information on the Whitney Glass Works, the Whitney family, and a brief history of Glassboro. The brochure highlights numerous events including speakers, a tree-planting ceremony, concerts, glass blowing exhibit, home tours, historical presentations, and roller skating, and sporting events. The brochure also acknowledges all the Glassboro citizens and businesses that worked to make the celebration a success. The event was held from October 17th through October 25th, 1964.
