Uhl Brothers Store

This photograph shows two men standing behind the counter, and four customers standing on the opposite side of the counter. In the top left corner of the photo is written "UHL Brothers Glassboro N.J" The Uhl brothers opened their store at 11 E High Street in 1920, after Andrew Uhl returned from fighting in World War I. Their business stayed open until 1970, when they decided to close their shop after 50 years.
