The Metal Box: The Mildred and Otis Puriefoy Letters

In 2019, Millie Houseberg, of Land Dimension Engineering, discovered a metal box containing historical letters in the basement of the Kolter Building in Glassboro, NJ (Corner of Main and High Streets). The letters had been in the basement, seemingly untouched, for 66 years.

Immediately after discovering the letters, Ms. Houseberg set forth on a remarkable journey to learn about the authors of the letters and to locate the family in the hope of returning the letters, and in the process creating new lifelong friendships.
