Old Whitney Barn, Chestnut Ridge, 1896

This is a photo of the Whitney Barn in what is now the Chestnut Ridge neighborhood. The foundation of one of the silos still exists at these coordinates: 39.708669, -75.128148.

The farm is dated mid-1800 to approximately 1909. It existed in the approximate area between University Blvd and Hamilton Rd and Lehigh Road and Girard.
