Caleb Fleming Stanger

Caleb Fleming Stanger was Solomon H. Stanger's son, the owner of the S. H. Stanger General Store, which was located in the former Temperenceville Inn across from the First Methodist Church. The building is now used by the church as their Methodist House. S. H. Stanger was also a very successful farmer. His crops included apples and tomatoes. He was also the president of the New Jersey Packing Company.

Caleb eventually took over the family business, especially focusing on the farm. Caleb's name also appears as C. Fleming Stanger.

C. Fleming Stanger was Grand Master of a local social organization from 1897-98.
